MEAL TYPES

Entrees

Our Entrees are assembled as 3-part combinations of the proteins, carbs, and veggies featured on our menu.

Every week (unless you specify otherwise) we send a new set of combo meals assembled based
on the favourite ingredients you chose. Meals can be microwaved, or briefly pan-fried for extra texture and crunch!

(Microwaves vary. Our recommended heating time is 90-120 seconds.)

Grab and Go

You don’t always have the time or ability to reheat meals. That’s why we include menu items in every weekly selection that can be served cold, or at room temperature. Just let us know how many you would like to receive. These items include things such as fresh greens, salad mixes, or tortilla wraps that you can enjoy anytime and anywhere.

HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: (Please Read)

– Meals are delivered Sundays by 10pm and Mondays by 3pm (at the latest).

– Minimum of 3 meals must be ordered every week.

– Recurring billing occurs Saturdays at midnight.

– Account-change requests must be received Thursdays by 5pm. Email cravehealthiness@gmail.com

Need to skip a week or two? Email us. We need to know the first Monday of your resume-delivery date.
