Types of Meals

Main Entrees

Our main dishes are assembled as 3-part combinations of protein, carbohydrate, and veggie items that are featured on our menu.
Unless you specify otherwise, every week we send a whole new set of these combo meals put together based
on your selected favorite ingredients . These dishes can be microwaved directly or quickly flash-fried in a pan for a bit of extra texture and crunch!

On-the-go Meals

We recognize you don’t always have time or access to a microwave or a stove so we made
sure to include menu items that can be served cold. We always include these meals in our
weekly selection so simply let us know just how many you would like to receive! Items such
as fresh greens, salad mixes, or tortilla wraps, can make delicious to-go bites that you can
enjoy at any time!

HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: (Please Read)

-Meals are delivered Sundays by 10pm and Mondays by 3pm at the latest.

-Minimum of 3 meals have to be ordered every week

-Recurring billing occurs Saturdays at midnight.

-Request account changes by 5PM Thursdays. Email cravehealthiness@gmail.com

Need to skip a week or two? Email the Team the date of the Monday you would like to resume.
Need to change your preferences? Email the Team what items you Do Not want.
Need to Upgrade/Downgrade your order? Email the Team and we will adjust it for you!
